Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a Sacred Spaces event, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation & Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may allow your booking to be transferred to another available event at our discretion. Transfers are not guaranteed and cannot be requested within 48 hours of the event.

If Sacred Spaces cancels an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.

Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the session has begun to avoid disrupting the experience. Late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

Health & Wellbeing

Sound baths are generally suitable for most people; however, they may not be appropriate for everyone.

Please seek medical advice before attending if you:

  • are in the first trimester of pregnancy

  • have epilepsy or a history of seizures

  • have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device

  • have a serious heart condition

  • have any condition that may be affected by sound or vibration

By attending, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own wellbeing.

Personal Belongings

Sacred Spaces cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Photography

From time to time, photographs or short videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any images, please let us know before the event and we will always respect your wishes.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or compromises the safety or comfort of others.

Changes to Events

In exceptional circumstances, Sacred Spaces reserves the right to change venues, facilitators, timings or event details where necessary.
