Using the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, meditation and mindful practices, each session supports deep relaxation, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing.

MEET LEONE
Hi, I'm Leone—the heart behind Sacred Spaces.
Sacred Spaces was born from my own journey of learning to heal, prioritise my wellbeing and break cycles of generational trauma within my family.
For much of my life, I lived in a constant state of fight or flight, never knowing how to truly slow down or regulate my nervous system. Like so many of us, I kept pushing forward, pouring from an empty cup until I eventually felt burnt out and disconnected from myself.
Everything began to change when I discovered practices that helped me reconnect with my breath, my body and moments of stillness. Sound healing, alongside other holistic practices, became more than a wellness ritual, it became a way of coming home to myself.
Healing isn't a destination; it's a lifelong journey of self-discovery, compassion and growth. My hope is that by sharing my story, you'll feel inspired to give yourself the same permission to pause, reconnect and begin your own journey.

Sacred Spaces was created to offer the kind of space I wish I'd had when I needed it most. A place where you can slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.
Life has a way of pulling us in every direction. We spend so much time looking after others, meeting expectations and rushing from one thing to the next that we often forget to check in with ourselves. Sacred Spaces is an invitation to pause.
Whether you join a sound bath, a Sister Circle, a wellness walk or a private event, my intention is always the same: to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe, supported and truly seen. A space where you can let go of the outside world for a little while, calm your nervous system and simply be.
My hope is that every person who walks through the door leaves feeling lighter, calmer and reminded that they deserve moments of peace, too.

You don't need to meditate, own yoga leggings or know anything about sound healing. If you've been feeling busy, overwhelmed or simply in need of an hour to yourself, you'll fit right in.
Just come as you are. We'll take care of the rest.

Not at all. Whether it's your first sound bath or your fiftieth, you're very welcome. There's nothing to learn beforehand and no right or wrong way to experience it. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself the time to rest.

You'll settle comfortably on a yoga mat while you're guided into relaxation through the sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes and other calming sound instruments. Your only job is to get comfortable, relax and enjoy the experience.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing anything that helps you feel cosy, such as a blanket, pillow or eye mask. Yoga mats are provided unless otherwise stated.

Most Sacred Spaces sound baths last around 60–90 minutes, depending on the event. Full details will always be included when you book.

No. There's no expectation to meditate or "clear your mind." Many people simply close their eyes and relax while listening to the sounds. However you experience it is completely personal.
